Jenny and her team simply want to give people a chance, hope where they otherwise might feel like there is none. Whether this is on a one on one basis, or helping larger groups and communities, we want to help.

I specialize in treating anxiety, OCD and related disorders like body focused repetitive behaviors, and other common comorbidities such as depression. I love working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I have a special spot in my heart for working with women of all ages and helping them find self-compassion, defining and implementing boundaries, and finding empowerment within their life. I am licensed in the state of Utah as an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have a Bachelor of Science in Special Education with an emphasis in ages birth to five, and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. Over the last decade, I dedicated my time to working with children and families, and solidifying my specialty within clinical practice in the last five years.
I practice strictly via telehealth and have been blown away with the relationships that can form online. In the height of the pandemic, I found myself worried I would get sick after a client was coughing during a session!

Accepting new clients beginning in June!
I specialize in working with youth, particularly addressing anxiety and depression within the high school context. With over 8 years of experience working with middle and high school students, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges teens face, especially those in marginalized communities. As a Clinical Social Worker (CSW), I’m committed to using culturally responsive interventions that prioritize building trust and understanding in a space where young people feel seen and heard. I also speak Spanish, allowing me to offer services to a broader range of students and families.
My background as a teacher for six years has given me a unique perspective on how to support students in overcoming academic, emotional, and social obstacles. I am passionate about empowering students and helping them develop the skills they need to manage anxiety, depression, and related challenges, all while fostering resilience and self-compassion.
I will offer in person and Telehealth servies, allowing for convenient and accessible support from the comfort of your home.
